We wanted to shift it to the lifestyle.

So instead of talking about square feet, amenities, or views, we told a more human story.
One seen through two generations.
For children, it meant freedom.
For parents and grandparents, it meant comfort.
A simple shift that transformed ground-floor living from a compromise into an experience.
